About TZ Professional v5

TIMEZERO TZ Professional v5 is the professional navigation software for commercial, charter and serious sport-fishing boats. It's designed around two objectives: supreme control and performance. The current release, v5.4, adds full support for Furuno's new DFF1-UHD+ fish finder and the TZtouchE MFD range.

The PC brain of your Furuno system

TIMEZERO is developed in partnership with Furuno and connects natively to Furuno equipment over a simple Ethernet connection. Run it at the helm, in the wheelhouse or below decks on a big screen, alongside your NavNet TZtouch displays.

Note: in TZ Professional v5, the Radar and Sounder modules are sold separately and are not included in the base licence.

Charts for Australia

TZ MAPS Australia covers Australia, Papua New Guinea, Tasmania, the Solomon Islands and the Cocos Islands with vector charts, detailed land information, high-resolution satellite photos and high-resolution bathymetry. Charts are purchased separately.

• Microsoft Windows 10/11 (64-bit operating system)
• CPU: Intel Core i5 6th generation or equivalent. Windows Arm-based PCs are not supported (x86 only, Intel recommended)
• 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
• Video: minimum Intel HD Graphics 510. Recommended for PBG and multi-monitor: dedicated video board or Intel Iris Plus Graphics
• Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher (1280 x 800 or above highly recommended)
• Solid-state drive with 60 GB of free space
• USB or serial port for NMEA 0183, Actisense NGT-1 / NGX-1-USB for NMEA 2000, or a 100Base-T network adapter for Furuno Ethernet sensors

Licensing

• Delivered as a TIMEZERO licence code (serial number starting with "TZ"), registered to your My TIMEZERO account
• No dongle. TIMEZERO v5 uses its own software protection system, and a licence can be moved to a new PC by releasing it from the old one
• TZ Professional is licensed for one computer
