TIMEZERO High Resolution Oceanic Services (Premium Ocean-O) is a subscription that adds high-resolution, multi-day oceanographic forecasts to TZ Professional v5, for pelagic, game and commercial fishers who want to go straight to the water with the best fishing potential and save time and fuel.

  • Sea surface temperature (SST): very high resolution, 1 km cloud-free SST (NASA JPL) and 2 km SST (NOAA), near-real-time observation, updated daily
  • Altimetry (sea surface height): 0.08° (about 8 km) resolution, 10-day forecast, updated daily. Find the warm/cold fronts where pelagic species feed
  • Thermocline: 0.08° resolution, 10-day forecast. Shows the depth and strength of the seasonal thermocline (50 to 300 m), the natural barrier that affects how fish hold and how catchable they are
  • Also included: currents, water temperature and salinity in 30 depth layers from 0 to 1,000 m; dissolved oxygen; chlorophyll (4 km); phytoplankton and primary production; current shear (to protect your gear); FSLE convergence/filaments (3 km); sea ice; sea water pH
